Gambling is not my thing. For this reason, I was never interested in visiting Las Vegas. I thought having fun in Vegas wasn\’t possible if I wasn’t hanging out in a casino. But, after tossing around some travel ideas with a friend, I was convinced to give Vegas a try.
It turned out to be one of the best vacations I’ve ever taken. It is possible to have fun in Vegas without gambling.
If you also avoided going to Vegas because you didn’t there was not much to do besides gamble, give these 6 things a try.
1. Enjoy the Hotels’ Activities
Every hotel in Vegas aims to draw visitors by enticing us with unique attractions. Since there are so many hotels, the number of happenings to choose from is unlimited. I usually found out what each hotel offered by circumstance or from other people. To make your selection a little easier these are 4 of the more popular hotels and some of their events.

The Bellagio is famous for its water shows. The foundation was intentionally designed to wow you. There are over 1000 interwoven water spouts ebbing and flowing to the sound of music on a liquid dance floor with a colorful backdrop. Each performance is choreographed differently compelling you to watch more than one performance.
Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Garden
The signature of Bellagio is its floral garden. This beauty of the 14,000-square-foot conservatory can be observed shortly after entering the main lobby. The team of horticulture and designers do amazing things with trees, plants, flowers, and larger than life statues of people, animals, and other items.
For Christmas, the design was based on the movie, Frozen. Princess Elsa, snowmen, elves, and the other Christmas decorations made from petals were stunning.
